4. Informational and Educational Services

All signals, alerts, charts, market commentary, technical analysis, trading examples, educational resources and other content provided by COMEX Alert are for general informational and educational purposes only.

COMEX Alert does not provide personalized:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Portfolio-management services
  • Brokerage services
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Managed-account services

Nothing provided by COMEX Alert constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to purchase, sell or hold any financial instrument.

You should obtain independent professional advice where necessary before making financial or trading decisions.

5. No Broker or Adviser Relationship

COMEX Alert is not your broker, financial adviser, investment manager, fiduciary or trading-account operator.

We do not:

  • Open brokerage accounts for users
  • Accept or hold trading deposits
  • Execute trades on behalf of users
  • Control users’ trading accounts
  • Manage user portfolios
  • Guarantee order execution
  • Guarantee trading returns
  • Recover users’ trading losses

Accessing our services does not create a broker-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, agency or joint-venture relationship.

6. Trading Risk

Commodity, futures, options, CFD, forex and leveraged trading involves substantial financial risk.

Prices may move rapidly, and you may lose part or all of your trading capital. Depending on the product, broker and leverage used, losses may exceed your initial deposit.

By using COMEX Alert, you acknowledge that:

  • Every trade carries risk.
  • Trading signals may result in losses.
  • Stop-loss orders do not guarantee an exact exit price.
  • Market gaps and slippage may affect execution.
  • Leverage can substantially increase losses.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • No trading strategy or signal is continuously profitable.
  • Market conditions can change without warning.

You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Please review our separate Risk Disclaimer before using any trading signal.

7. User Trading Decisions

Every trading decision remains entirely your responsibility.

You are responsible for:

  • Deciding whether to use a signal
  • Conducting your own research and analysis
  • Checking the current market price
  • Selecting a regulated and suitable broker
  • Choosing your position size
  • Setting your personal risk level
  • Monitoring open positions
  • Managing leverage and margin
  • Closing or modifying trades
  • Reviewing applicable fees, commissions and spreads
  • Complying with local laws and tax obligations
  • Accepting all profits and losses resulting from your decisions

You must not follow a signal blindly or assume that a signal is suitable for your circumstances.

COMEX Alert will not be responsible for trades placed by you or anyone using your account, device, Telegram account or WhatsApp account.

8. Trading Signals

A COMEX Alert signal may include:

  • The commodity or financial instrument
  • A buy or sell direction
  • An entry price or entry zone
  • A stop-loss level
  • One or more take-profit targets
  • A market explanation
  • A risk or trade-management update

Signals are based on market information and analysis available when they are prepared.

We do not guarantee that:

  • A signal will be delivered before the market moves.
  • The stated entry price will remain available.
  • A take-profit target will be reached.
  • A stop-loss will execute at the specified price.
  • Every user will receive the same result.
  • A signal will remain valid after publication.
  • A particular number of signals will be issued each day.
  • Signals will be available during every market session.

Users should check whether a signal is still active and whether the current price remains reasonably close to the stated entry before placing a trade.

9. Signal Updates and Trade Management

COMEX Alert may issue updates concerning an existing signal, including:

  • Entry activation
  • Target achievement
  • Stop-loss changes
  • Break-even instructions
  • Partial-profit instructions
  • Trade closure
  • Signal cancellation
  • Revised market analysis

Updates may be issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

You remain responsible for actively monitoring your trades. You must not rely on COMEX Alert as your only method of managing an open position.

10. Telegram, WhatsApp and Other Communication Services

COMEX Alert may deliver signals or market updates using third-party communication platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, email or push notifications.

These services are operated by independent third parties. COMEX Alert does not control their availability, delivery times, security, notification settings or technical performance.

Signal delivery may be delayed or interrupted because of:

  • Internet connection problems
  • Mobile-network issues
  • Device settings
  • Disabled notifications
  • Telegram or WhatsApp outages
  • Server interruptions
  • Software errors
  • Account restrictions
  • User time-zone differences
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

COMEX Alert is not responsible for missed, delayed, duplicated, incomplete or incorrectly displayed messages caused by third-party communication platforms.

You are responsible for joining only the official COMEX Alert channels published on COMEXAlert.com.

11. Free and Premium Services

COMEX Alert may provide both free and paid services.

Free services may contain:

  • Fewer signals
  • Delayed signals
  • Limited market coverage
  • Limited analysis
  • Promotional content
  • Restricted community access

Premium services may contain additional signals, faster updates, wider market coverage, detailed analysis or other benefits described at the time of purchase.

The specific features of each plan will be displayed on the relevant subscription or payment page.

We may add, modify, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to improve or operate the service.

12. Prices and Payments

Where paid services are offered, prices will be displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information.
  • Pay all charges associated with your selected service.
  • Use a payment method you are authorized to use.
  • Pay any applicable taxes, banking charges or currency-conversion fees.
  • Review the subscription details before completing payment.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. COMEX Alert may not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Prices may be changed for future purchases or subscription periods. A price change will not normally affect a completed one-time purchase.

13. Subscription Renewals

Where a subscription is sold on a recurring basis, the renewal frequency and price will be displayed during checkout.

By selecting a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee at each renewal until cancellation.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

This section applies only where automatic renewal is clearly disclosed during the purchase process.

14. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method displayed in your account, payment confirmation or subscription instructions.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated during purchase, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a subscription period that has already started.

Removing yourself from a Telegram channel or WhatsApp community does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

15. Refund Policy

Because digital trading signals, market alerts and membership content may be delivered immediately, payments may be non-refundable after access has been granted, except where:

  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law.
  • The service was charged more than once because of a verified technical error.
  • COMEX Alert expressly offered a refund guarantee at the time of purchase.
  • COMEX Alert approves a refund at its discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted within [insert number] days of the relevant payment and must include sufficient transaction details.

A user will not normally qualify for a refund solely because:

  • A signal resulted in a loss.
  • The user did not use the service.
  • The user forgot to cancel a recurring subscription.
  • The user expected a particular profit or success rate.
  • Market conditions changed.
  • The user joined or left a Telegram or WhatsApp community.
  • The user’s broker produced different prices or execution results.
  • The user failed to read the service description or Risk Disclaimer.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

16. Promotional Offers

COMEX Alert may occasionally provide discounts, trial access, referral benefits, promotional codes or limited-time offers.

Promotions may:

  • Have a specific expiry date
  • Apply only to selected users or plans
  • Be restricted to one use per person
  • Be unavailable with other offers
  • Be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law

Any special terms displayed with an offer form part of these Terms.

17. Account and Access Security

Some services may require an account, registered email address, telephone number, Telegram username, WhatsApp number or other access credentials.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account information confidential
  • Protecting your devices and login credentials
  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Informing us of suspected unauthorized access
  • Ensuring that only you use your subscription

You must not sell, rent, share or transfer paid access to another person unless we have provided written permission.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe that an account or subscription is being shared without authorization.

18. Acceptable Use

You agree to use COMEX Alert only for lawful personal purposes.

  • Use our services for illegal or abusive activities
  • Post spam, threats, harassment or unlawful content
  • Misrepresent signal results or performance information

Unauthorized redistribution may result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

19. Community Conduct

Where COMEX Alert provides Telegram groups, WhatsApp communities, comment areas or other interactive features, users must communicate respectfully.

We may remove content or restrict users who:

  • Harass or threaten others
  • Post discriminatory or abusive content
  • Promote scams or unauthorized services
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Post unrelated advertising
  • Request money from community members
  • Distribute malware or suspicious links
  • Share another person’s private information
  • Pretend to represent COMEX Alert
  • Disrupt normal community activity

Community messages posted by users represent their own opinions. COMEX Alert does not verify or endorse every statement made by community members.

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through COMEX Alert is owned by or licensed to COMEX Alert.

Protected content may include:

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the content for your own lawful use.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

“COMEX Alert,” its logo, website branding and related identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests authorization, partnership or endorsement without written permission.

  • You have the right to provide it.
  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights.
  • It does not contain unlawful or harmful material.

You grant COMEX Alert a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, edit and use submitted content for operating and promoting its services, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We will not intentionally publish personal contact information as part of a testimonial without appropriate permission.

You may contact us to request removal of a published testimonial, although removal may not always be possible where the material has already been lawfully distributed.

22. Testimonials and Performance Information

Testimonials represent individual opinions and experiences. They do not guarantee that another user will obtain the same result.

Any displayed win rate, success rate, performance history, signal record or trading example is provided for general information.

Such information may not include every cost or individual circumstance, including:

  • Brokerage commissions
  • Spreads
  • Slippage
  • Swap charges
  • Financing costs
  • Taxes
  • Different entry prices
  • Different position sizes
  • Delayed execution
  • Personal trade-management decisions

Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.

23. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and timely information. However, financial markets move rapidly, and errors or delays may occur.

COMEX Alert does not warrant that:

  • Market information is always complete.
  • Prices are always current.
  • Signals are free from errors.
  • Every calculation is accurate.
  • Website content will always be updated immediately.
  • Third-party data is reliable.
  • The service will meet every user’s expectations.

We may correct, update or remove information without prior notice.

Users should verify important information independently before making a trading decision.

24. Third-Party Websites and Services

COMEX Alert may link to or mention:

  • Brokers
  • Trading platforms
  • Payment providers
  • Charting tools
  • Telegram
  • WhatsApp
  • Market-data providers
  • News services
  • Educational websites
  • Other external services

A link or reference does not necessarily mean that COMEX Alert controls or endorses the third party.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

COMEX Alert is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • Broker conduct
  • Account restrictions
  • Deposit or withdrawal problems
  • Trading-platform errors
  • Payment-processing failures

  • Third-party products or services
  • Losses caused by an external provider

You should investigate any broker, platform or service independently before using it.

25. Affiliate Relationships

Some external links may be affiliate or referral links. COMEX Alert may receive a commission or benefit when a user registers, makes a purchase or completes another action through such a link.

An affiliate relationship does not change the price charged to you unless clearly stated.

Affiliate compensation does not guarantee that a third-party service is suitable for you. You remain responsible for evaluating external products and providers.

26. Service Availability

We aim to keep our services accessible, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

We may temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict or modify a service because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, COMEX Alert’s total liability relating to a paid service will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by the affected user for that specific service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Any waiver must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of COMEX Alert.

COMEX Alert may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, sale, restructuring or transfer of its business, subject to applicable law.

41. Entire Agreement
